Terms for using Upskill Hub and booking training.

Our full Terms of Service are being finalised. Until they are published, each booking is governed by the booking confirmation and invoice you receive, and the points below apply.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate details, including for any attendees you register.
- Corporate account administrators are responsible for the employees they add and the bookings they make.
Bookings
A booking reserves seats in a training session. Payment details, amounts and the payment reference are stated on your invoice. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content.
